Nicholas serves as a Director of the Company. Nicholas recently retired after a thirty-five year career with United Parcel Service ("UPS") most recently serving as Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Mr. Bain participated in UPS's integration of telematics into their commercial fleet. UPS is the world's largest package delivery company and a global leader in supply chain services, offering an extensive range of options for synchronizing the movement of goods, information, and funds.
